1. What is meant by "vintage" clothing?
- Vintage clothing is high-quality, used clothing from decades past. They are characterized by their unique style and quality . The age at which something is considered " vintage " is controversial. We therefore set a guideline of around 15-20 years .
2. How do you authenticate your vintage pieces?
- We work with experienced experts who check the originality and quality of our parts, which we then examine again to ensure that only original pieces come online.
3. How do I choose the right size?
- We provide detailed measurements in the product description for each piece. Since the sizes on the label from back then only partially match those today , we estimate the appropriate size, which we specify as XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.
4. Is there a return policy?
- Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods . Contact us at roogsvintage@gmail.com with your order, invoice and customer number . The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs .
5. Are the vintage garments cleaned and in good condition?
- Yes, before we offer them, all pieces are professionally cleaned and checked for defects . We only sell high-quality vintage fashion . Small defects are often unavoidable with vintage clothing , which is why we try to photograph every defect that we cannot correct.
6. When will I receive my package and do you offer international deliveries?
- 1-3 working days in Germany and 3-7 days in Europe . At the moment we only ship within Europe . Free shipping within Germany from 90€ and from 150€ throughout Europe . Shipping is via DPD .
